Spring 2014 Season Dates and Registration

Registration is now closed.  Please check back with us between May 1 and June 30 for the Fall 2014 season registration information to be posted.

CYSA Refund Policy

Refunds will be given provided the request is received in writing before the player is officially placed on a team. If a player is moving out of the CYSA boundaries, a refund will be allowed if the player informs CYSA in writing prior to the team’s first practice of the season. Refunds will be for the registration fee paid for the player minus a $20 administrative fee. Registration fees cannot be deferred to another season.

CYSA Forfeit Policy

If either team does not have enough to play by 10 minutes after kick off then the game is considered a forfeit. If the teams decide to stay and scrimmage, then that is their decision. Referees are not required to stay since a scrimmage is not a sanctioned game. Minimum number of players needed to start a game is as follows:

  • U5/U6 - 3 per team
  • U7/U8 - 5 per team
  • U9/U10 - 6 per team
  • U11-U19 - 7 per team

Board Meeting

Board meetings are held every second Monday of the month at the CYSA office. However, due to Spring Break, the next board meeting will be held on March 17 at 7:30 p.m. We will resume our regular meeting schedule on April 14, 2014. Call the soccer office for any last minute changes.
